ANN H. L. SONTZ, EXECUTIVE EDITOR 

Dr. Sontz holds an A.B. and a PhD in Anthropology from Columbia University, New York City. She is the author of numerous books and articles on human development, demography, and higher education. Her doctoral dissertation examined Italian immigrants and immigrants of “guest worker” status in Germany, where she resided while doing her research.

Howard is a certified Microsoft Front Page© and HTML programmer. With over 20 years experience in the Financial and Healthcare industries, he has developed back office systems and software for these industries.  Howard also holds CCA certification from the American Health Information Management Association as well as Certificates in Healthcare Technology and Project Development from AHIMA.
